General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thank you for your question!
The lower extremity pain (Including your Ankle and Thighs) is a common condition wich it might be very painful sometimes. It might be caused by different factors including : chronic fatigue of the leg, an injury (maybe you dont remember), an acciedent, also your body weight may be the cause of your symptomes. It might be a nerve damaged. Also be aware of your posture too!
I would not recommend you to take any type of drug without consulting e specialised doctor first and take some exams, CBC, Doppler ultra sound, EMG.
Best regards!
