Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain difficulty in opening the mouth and blowing cheek with a history of eating rajnigandha which contains tobacco clearly indicates that you are suffering from Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF) which a pre cancerous condition BUT it is not cancer.

In OSMF there is formation of thick fibrous bands beneath the mucosa which makes the area rigid leading to difficulty in opening the mouth as well as there is burning in mouth and atrophy of mucosa..

I would suggest you to consult a dentist and get a clinical evaluation done..

In case of OSMF first thing is to stop the intake of tobacco and smoking completely..

Apply steroid based ointments on inner cheeks like Kenacort..

Hyluronidase should also be topically applied..

Antioxidants like lycopene should be taken orally..

Intralesional injection of steroid directly over the bands and adding hyluronidase can help..

Mouth opening exercises like trying hard to open the mouth as much as possible.

Blowing the cheeks and holding for some time and repeating the same can help..

Surgical breaking of bands can be done by an oral surgeon but at times scar formed after surgery can further reduce the mouth opening..

Hope your query is solved..
