What Causes Stiffness In My Neck With Ringing Sound In Ear?

I am 63 years old. From last one month, when I get up in morning after 15 to 20 minutes, I start feeeling stiff neck or shoulder then out of balance while walking and some time ringing sound in the ear . It changes every day, some time left side other day right side. No problem in sleeping, and while sitting. Mornings are the worst then get better as the day goes by. No diabetes and high blood pressure and cholesterol is under control by the medication. Any advice

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your cervical spines giving this problem.
Due to pinched nerve pressure you get this problem.
Go for X-ray cervical spines.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Physiotherapy will be more helpful.
Ok and take care.
