Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a bulging disc in the lumbar vertebral column or chronic degenerations of the vertebral column. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and performing some tests:

-a lumbar spine CT scan
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- blood electrolytes and vitamin D levels for possible imbalances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
