What Causes Stiffness In The Neck?

Hi , i remember my neck started to feel tight and stiff , very uncomfortable since i went to chiropractor one year ago, and i have never had neck problem before , i took an x-ray for lung 3weeks ago, and the doctor said there is air in my neck and if i had some painful feeling for a while , and i wonder if there is any better way to treat my neck.

Hi, best treatment is 10 mt ice followed by 10 mt of heat, followed by gentle manipulation and exercises. You may need ultra sonic waves / infra red/ short wave diathermy locally
