What Causes Stiffness In The Shoulders While Walking?

While walking 3 days ago, I experienced some stiffness in my shoulders. I went to gym and suddenly my left side of the neck swelled up. i felt a slight choking feeling. I did a spinning class and felt ok. The swelling remained and has lessened on my neck but now seems to have spread to my left breast which is itchy and tender. My stomach feels bloated and extended. I have no fever or other symptoms and have worked all weekend as an R/N. I feel weaker than usual, but do not feel unwell. There are no visible bites or sores and I have no known allergies. I have Graves disease which is well controlled. I am extremely healthy and eat well and exercise regularly.
