ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
all you have is classic features of persistent sinusitis which is the source of infection to your perforated ear drum and sore throat. The post Nasal dripping causes the ET block so that negative pressure created in middle ear causes persistent ear discharge. secondly it causes sore throat by continuous irritation on pharyngeal tonsills.
Ent evaluation and if needed FESS first and 3 -6 months later if your drum not healed require ear surgery. for time being normal saline irrigation of Nasal cavity with antihistamines are beneficial than antibiotics.
Take care
