What Causes Stinging Sensation During Urination And Lower Stomach Pain?

i have been haveing a stinging sensation while unrinateing and pain from the inside lower stomach area at the same time. also very slight blood when i wipe, (pink) also found once with my urine. is this something that will just pass or do i need to be treated. am really worried about it.

if tou are young sexually active female with no diabetes.. these are symptoms of simple cystitis. need to take antibiotics like Nitrofurantoin 100 mg if no other contraindication, kindly confirm, and alkalizer syr like noculi B6 for 3 days which wl releive thus.
