What Causes Stomach Ache After A Bowel Movement And Blood In Stool?

Normal stool directly followed by stomach pain then mushy mess with mucus and small amounts of blood mixed with stool and very rarely pieces of black excrement and usually a very sore anus have had an endoscopy all was clear and have been hospitalised in the past with Marlena with no apparent cause all tests always come back fine bowel movements have been like this for Years

- inflammatory bowel condition - intestine flora disturbances - tumors -
others.
