I m experiencing weird stomach pains and bloating for a few months and my periods been off I ve took multiple home pregnancy test and they came back negative I m unsure what to do

You can go for a beta hCG test which is the confirmatory test for pregnancy.

If periods are delayed for long, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
