What Causes Stomach Ache And Blood In Stool After Bowel Movement?

Hi yes. I've been constipated a couple of times within this year. I just pooped today and it hurt my stomach really bad. I looked in and the poop was a lot of little balls shaped as a big ball. My stomach hurts really bad right now...in the lower area of my stomach and when I poop I bleed a little . Why?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the constipation then it could be due to less amount of water intake and less amount of fiber diet taken so first thing you need to do is to have more fiber diet and plenty off water else it is nothing to worry and even no need to have any drug and hope this information helps.
