What Causes Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?
I have sharp pains in my stomach, light headed, diarrhea, low grade fever. Had colonoscopy and scope done with biopsies and everything is fine. When I eat some foods, it makes the pain in my stomach intensify. My dr doesn t think it s my gallbladder, he thinks it stomach spams. I have had 2 ct scans and 1 ultrasound and everything looks good. I m afraid they are looking over something more serious.

Stomach pain, light-headeness, diarrhea and low grade fever could be related to actue gastroenteritis or stomach spasm which your doctor was also suspected.
However,it might need some medical attention but there is nothing serious here.
Since you has already undergone colonoscopy,biopsy,abdominal ultrasound and CT scan which was all came normal then there is no point to go for further investigations.
You will require short course of antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals etc.) with anti emetic, antispasmodics and anti-inflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.
There will be some need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body for which you should take oral re-hydration formula or WHO ORS with plenty of water and fruit juices.
You must consult physician for further treatment.
