What Causes Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?
Hello Doctor, I have had what, I thought was some kind of flu. but every morning when I wake up, I can t seem to shake the fever. its been over a week and without fail, every morning and every evening the fever comes back. not to mention I have had stomach aches and diahreah, should I be concerned? the fever always feels quite high. leaves me freezing and shaking and I will wake up covered in sweat every morning. should I be concerned?

It may be viral fever or malaria or urinary tract infection or pneumonia or thyroid problems may present like this.
Use tablet paracetamol. Drink plenty of liquids and take rest.
Get it done complete blood picture, urine examination, serum electrolytes and malaria etc.
Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
