What Causes Stomach Ache And Flatulence?

Hi My 2 yr old Daughter is passing gas and complaining of stomach ache. Yesterday i gave her Egg yolk in the afternoon. This started from yesterday night where she vomited and started complaining of stomach ache. Whole night she didn't sleep. In the morning i gave her electrolyte and she ate rice and didn't vomit as of now. Please suggest.

Possibility of Salmonella Gastroenteritis secondary to infected egg consumption is to be considered.
As she is already showing signs of improvement, no further intervention i required.
Continue giving electrolye.
Ondensetaron will be helpful for vomiting.
