Hello
In this age group stomach pain and leg pain at night are very common complains. Abdominal pain is most commonly due to functional pain. That is normal functioning of body is recognised falsely as painful. If child is growing satisfactorily it doesn't need any active intervention. Just give adequate fluid intake and include good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk food give healthy home made diet. Leg pain at night from age group 3-12 years is growing pain most commonly... It's not a big problem. It just indicates babies bones are growing. Just local leg massage gently gives relief. Just monitor 6 monthly growth of baby.
