What Causes Stomach Ache, Bloating, Sick, Nausea, Cramps, Lower Back Pain?

Hi I have a tummy ache, bloated, been very sick, nausea and cramps in my tummy and lower bk, I ache all over, I also have a sore throat, I started feeling like this last night, still feel like it today, not being sick yet, my partner. Had the other day, and I had it again a week ago. What is this please x

Hi welcome to the health care magic..

According to history provided it seems to be viral infection (pharyngitis plus gastritis) leading such symptoms

For that decongestant like phenylephrine prescribed for congestion relief

Take vitamin C lozenges four times a day

Daily take one tablet of rabeprazole plus domperidone combination for one to two week

Avoid outside good for one week

Fruits juice and semisolid diet preffered

If no improvement noted than USG abdomen and CBC investigation done...
