Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of tingling in tongue, vertigo, discomfort in stomach that does not allow you to eat alright and sleep disturbance. These are varied symptoms and may be related to each other. I would advise you the following: MRI of the brain and mastoids to see if the vertigo and tongue tingling are related or not. There can be a tumor or so that can cause both together as well as cause sleep disturbance too. As for your stomach problems: Get clinical evaluation done from a Doctor. Ultrasonography of abdomen. Tests is stool, blood and urine will the diagnosis. The treatment will depend upon the reports and evaluation. Till all these things are done get started on a symptomatic treatment.
