What Causes Stomach Ache With Diarrhoea And Dizziness?

Hi there I have a strange question for you. I have had diahrrea for roughly 3 weeks, usually its mixed with hard stool. Also when I feel like I have a fart sometimes a brown liquid substance comes out instead. I also have bright blood in my stool, I have had this examined a few months ago by my family doctor and he gave me some suppositories but they dont always seem to work. Also sometimes my stool is nothing more then just a gooy or mucusy looking substance with sometimes net to nothing coming out. I woke up this morning and I felt extremely hungry with a stomach ache and very very dizzy. I grabbed some water as i felt very dehydrated also and drank it. I feel better for now but still I feel like something is not right, my stomach keeps making noises and I feel like if i move around too much I get dizzy or sick to my stomach.
