Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

There are certain life style change you need to do.

Avoid immediately sleeping after taking food, avoid spicy, oily and junk foods.
Take a lot of fluids not with food, before one hour or after two to three hours.

Avoid late night foods, drinking and smoking these things also lead to GI upset.

You can take any of proton pump inhibitors like esmoprazole empty stomach before breakfast early in morning for a month or two after consulting your doctor.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further assistance needed.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
