What Causes Stomach Ache,head Ache And Fever?

my daughter (age 8) banged her head when she was 2 or 3 on the edge of a counter and has had a knot there ever since. for the last week she has been complaining of a stomach ache, occasionally a headache, and today she threw up and had a fever. the reason I mention the lump on her forehead is that today it turned red and remains red.

I appreciate your observation and history.
As that lump may get infected or its a local immune response of present fever.
whether she complaining of any pain in that lump must be ruled out.
As from your history stomach ache and fever seems to be some infectious origin.

no other associated symptoms like cold,vomitting,diarrhea,urinary tract infection may lead to conclusion of viral fever.

one day fever will not reveal any underlying problem.physical examination advised.
kindly visit your pediatrician for further treatment and management.
