What Causes Stomach Aches Frequently?

For the past few weeks I ve been getting weird stomach aches. They feel almost like getting punched in the stomach, and feeling very winded afterwards, if that makes sense. It seems particularly worse after eating, but it seems to come and go frequently. I m 15, female, 5 2 and roughly 90-100lbs. I have minor Scoliosis, if it s related, at all. And I was born 3 months prematurely, weighing only 3lbs at birth. I had a strep-b blood infection when I was 1. Whatever that means. I m not pregnant, and it s not a possibly. So that isn t a factor.
