What Causes Stomach Aches, Headaches, Dizziness, Vomiting And Blurred Vision With Exhaustion?

Hello i am a 14 year old girl i've been having the following symptoms and i'm just curious if it is anything serious. the symptoms are : lower stomach aches,headaches,feeling dizzy,feeling like throwing up,having blank spots in vision, and exhaustion. What can i do?
