What Causes Stomach Aches With Diarrhea?

my three year old.
my three year old gets rummy aches all the time. tonight she was complaining of one so we went to the bathroom and she has runny stool, so she was done and went to bed and has woke up twice and threw up. i dont know what to do.

Hai... By what you quote it could be a viral diarrhea. Replenishing lost body fluid will usually suffice... But with ORS. Additional zinc supplements & symptomatic antiemetic will do. If she's lethargic, not voiding urine well or had bloody stools...kindly see your pediatrician. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
