What Causes Stomach And Abdomen Swelling After Ingestion?

My stomach & abdomen becomes swelled with in 10 to 15 minutes, just after taking any kind of normal diets (meals) except water and I feel very discomfort for that reason digestion of meals /foods is not easily possible for me where as I am only 24 years old.

I am a mother of a three (3) years old baby and since the delivery of this baby the situation becoming worsen day by day.

I have already gone through all gastro liver related medical tests. But no pathology has been detected in those tests yet.

What I should do now for my relief from those very uncomfortable heath situation. Now I need your valuable suggestions and fruitful treatment in any doctor so please help me to overcome this situation.

1) Here are the best working guidelines for your condition which can be from gastritis , duodenitis with or without ulcer , gall bladder , liver or other issues with digestive enzyme disturbances . Prefer soft , light , bland , vegan diet till possible.

2) Consume more of whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes , organic fresh fruits . Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , carbonated drinks .

3) Avoid over eating , prolong fasting.

4) Avoid resting upto 2 hours after meals . Fix your timing of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible .Avoid late night parties , dinners .

5)Have regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA.

6) Avoid smoking , alcohol if consuming.

7) Avoid stress , anxiety.

8) Manage to have regular sound sleep of 8 hours.

9) Intake of Proton pump inhibitors as Omeprazole or Pantoprazole on empty stomach 1 hour prior to lunch ; antacid syrups as Mylanta or others according to the advise of your doctor helps.

10) Keep your BP , blood sugar , cholesterol , body weight under control.

11) Later on may need ultrasound or upper GI endoscopy according to the progress.
