What Causes Stomach And Back Pain After Having Food?

I am 36, 5'2 and of average weight. I spent the night feeling sick, but haven't actually been sick as yet. I still feel sick, I also have such a sore stomach as though I have been sick, my lower back hurts a little too. The thought of food makes me want to wretch. Is this a bug? I do suffer with digestive problems so wondered if it could be food related, I ate around 8.30pm last night, some vegetables roasted and cooked in olive oil, and the thought of that has been making me ill.
