What Causes Stomach And Back Pain With A Discharge After A Period?
Hi doctor... i hv severe lower stomach and back pain with dark brown discharge from more than a week after my last periods... it reduces only when i tke tablets gvn by gyn during my periods... til now i hv not taken any kind of birth control pills from 3 yrs of marriage as we trying for t baby from 1 and half yrs... kindly assist me with this issue... is it a serious issue... its worrying me very much.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for symptomatic relief.
Generally, the symptoms will settle in couple of days.
If persists better to consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
