well for about 2 weeks now my stomach has been in so much pain and every time I eat it feels like my stomach I completely empty and growls like it is hungry and I cant eat without it hurting. all foods have become sickening to me but I have to eat but I do not feel the need to and I am in a lot of pain but do not understand why and it always feels like I am going to be sick and it hurts my chest when I eat it will stop half way and sit there and then go down and it gives me massive migraines and I do not know what to do, help??
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of pain in abdomen and chest on eating, feeling stomach empty and it gurgles, gives you massive migraine. It looks to be due to a problem with esophagus and I would advise you to have upper GI endoscopy and CT scan of the chest to rule out cancer of esophagus so or. There may be benign conditions like hiatus hernia, achalasia and so on. Further evaluation of migraine may be needed as it may be an organic cause for headache and may need clinical evaluation by a Neurologist and an MRI of the brain. Treatment will depend upon the findings.
