i have pain in my stomach about half an hour after eating its just below my belly button about 2 inches to the right i also seem to have a swelling there like a lump and i have also had bad pain shoot up my rectum to that area and it is that bad its had me on the floor in bad pain

Such a severe pain that made you on the blood in bad pains, pointed pain and tenderness below and to the right of belly button and pain in the rectum is a serious thing unless proved otherwise. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get a clinical examination by a General Surgeon. Tests of stool, blood and urine. CT scan of the abdomen helps in pin pointing the problems. The most probable causes as per the history are one of the following: Appendicitis with or without complications. Typhlitis that is inflammation of the cecum part of large intestine. Right ureteric problems. So get investigated and evaluated as soon as possible so that you can be operated if required or take proper medical management as needed.
