Hello,

All spicy food can cause bloating.

Some advice that I can give you is:
- Use simethicone medication for relief
- Avoid chewing gum
- Limit your intake of carbonated drinks
- Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils
- Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw
- Use lactose-free dairy products

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
