Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* This is in relation with different possibilities as
- gastritis or duodenitis
- ulcer stomach or duodenum
- insufficiency of digestive enzymes
- liver problems ( as fatty liver or others )
- biliary system problems ( gall bladder , CBD stone or others )
- pancreas problems
- motility disorders
- certain endocrine abnormalities

* So ultimately the inference is that you require detailed case evaluation
with series of necessary evaluations .

Wishing you fine health ahead .
