What Causes Stomach Bloating After Eating?

i suffer with bloating constantly every time i eat, im 20 years old female, my stomach often bloats and i get 'poping' in my stomach which i assume its trapped wind, i carnt go to the toilet so i take movicol to help with my bowel movement but since ive taken it, its made my stomach sore and bloated... why??

Many causes for stomach bloating and most common causes are gastritis, peptic ulcer, excessive swallowing of air while eating and drinking.

Other causes lactose intolerance, indigestion, liver pathology, IBS, gallstones, acute cholilithiasis, how pylori, hiatal hernia, colitis, intestinal obstruction, malobsorption syndrome, acute pancreatitis, stomach cancer, celiac disease, hisprungs disease, hyper ventilation etc..

Use tab. Pantaprazole 40mg before breakfast, tab. Rifaximine 200mg thrice a day. Avoid spicy food and caffeine.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
