What Causes Stomach Bloating After Food?

why do i get bloated everytime i eat food and after dinner i blow up like a cow im 58 year old female and i cant get rid of the feeling, i just had a colonoscopy and an procedure down my throat i just like to be able to eat and drink, citrus drinks and maranara sauces and pizza and other rich food even milk sometimes make it irritating.

Prefer soft , light , bland , vegan diet till possible .
Consume more of whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes , organic fresh fruits .
Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , hot beverages

Avoid resting upto 2 hours after meals .
Fix your timing of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible .
