General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your reference.
Noted your history of bloating, gases, anal burning after stool and itching sometimes. This is going on for several months. Stool is foamy and feels like acid. waiting for the results of colonoscopy.
I would suggest you the following:
First of all, get the tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood particularly for ruling out diabetes.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole.
Probiotics and multivitamins for a long time.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that can cause intestinal problems.
Get treated for any associated medical problems.
