What Causes Stomach Bloating And Pain?

Hi Doctor,



My Name is Prasad , Age - 28, Height-163cm, Weight - 66 Kg. I am suffering from Stomach Problem. After food, I feel like my stomach is getting filled with water or some fluid. Frequently facing stomach pain, even after having food it persists.

Hi thank you for querry.
Acid peptic disease
If such patient came to me with these complaints i will first go with history and clinical examination because its very effective in diagnosis like NSAIDs or other pain killer intake,food association,regurgitation,bowel movements,aggrevating and relieving factor and on examination tenderness area bowel sounds any organomegaly or lump.
such patient must be rule out for H-pylori infection.
i will prescribe proton pump inhibitors like cap.omeprazile 20mg befor food twice.
tab.Drotavirine Twice daily.
mebevirine sarchet also helpful in some condition before food twice.
