What Causes Stomach Bloating, Hardness And Discomfort With Headaches, Constipation Or Diarrhea?
hi i am 25 years old, i have had endometriosis from the age of 18, so i have always had bad bowel movements, but recently i have been getting a really strong pulse in my slomach and a fluttering feeling like i was pregnant but im 100% not! (taken tests, and still have periods!) my stomach feels bloated and hard just very uncomfortable! also been getting bad headaches and felling sick with it!( still always go from consipated to diarrhea) i looked up up on internet and ibs came up, could it be this?? or any suggestions?? thanks

The given Medical history of diarrhea, abdomen discomfort could be suggestive of intestinal infection and it may not be due to endometriosis the present symptoms of diarrhea are nothing to take anything with endometriosis.
If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Metronidazole, twice in day for five days, do not try to stop the diarrhea else it may cause the abdomen distension.
For headache and abdomen discomfort, tablet Dicyclomine with Paracetamol can be tried and also, a light diet is preferable.
