Hello,

The given symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, sometimes it may be a protozoa infection. Overall, such a condition can be managed with tablet Omeprazole once a day with tablet Metronidazole twice a day for five days.

I would suggest you to change your diet too, try to avoid heavy meals, spicy food and oily food. Have more alkali food and avoid junk food. Severe dyspepsia with hyperacidity may cause the dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hussain
