hi. im a 16 year old female and over the last couple of months every time i have eaten my stomach has bloated and it feels like a giant lava lamp inside with large bubbles popping loudly all the time. i went to the doctor and i had an xray and they said i had fecal impaction. so they gave me laxatives. however thay are helping in making me need to go the toilet once a day, but i still get the bubling inside me. i was wondering if you reccomend enything else i could do to reduce the amount of gasses. i eat very healthily and go to the gym and excercise everyday.
