What Causes Stomach Bloating, nausea, weakness And Drop In BP?

I am a 40yo FM that is pretty healthy, even since my splenectomy in Oct. 2013, I recovered from it quite well and I have been doing great since ... BUT in the past 2-3 month I get this bloating feeling in my stomach, feels like I need to burp but I can t no matter what I try, & start feeling nauseated, feeling weak, & sometimes my BP drops to 90/50 ... I have not noticed any particular food, drink or activity I do that sets this off. I may feel like this a few hours or a cpl days ... but if it last more than a day I all of a sudden get real bad diarrhea and vomit up what is a foamy like white looking liquid. My question is what can I do to get any comfort until I can get an appointment to see my GP.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history splenectomy in Oct 2013 and was alright but for the last 2-3 months getting bloating, can not burp, weakness, blood pressure falls, can not relate with the foods, drinks or activities; sudden diarrhea and vomiting, wants to know what can be done till you see your GP.
I was wondering that in spite of the problems of for the last 2-3 months you have not consulted any Doctors.
Well you can take a PPI like Omeprazole and take Domperidone and see the results.
But it is most important to get a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
I would advise you the following:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
CT scan enterography
Up[per GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy
These will help you o get a proper diagnosis which can be:
Sub-acute intestinal obstruction.
Once diagnosed, proper treatment can be instituted.
Rush in before further complications set in.
I find this answer helpful
