Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My stomach is bloated all the time and feels quite hard, I am hungry even after I eat even though I do not actually think I m hungry I just want to keep eating, I have bad stomach pains and hunger pangs at the top of my stomach even when I shouldn t have normally and more gas than normal and constantly tired.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of bloating and hard stomach. You feel hungry even after you eat, you just want to continuously eat, have then bad stomach pains, hunger pangs, more gas and constantly tired. After reading your history carefully it looks you have the symptoms due to over eating causing disturbance of bacterial flora with attendant complications. I would advise you to consult a General Surgeon first to clinically evaluate to see for any organic cause, investigate and if all the symptoms and signs are present or everything is normal . If all the reports are normal, then this may be taken is IBS meaning irritable bowel syndrome and treated accordingly or if required referred to the Psychiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment..
