What Causes Stomach Burping After Having Coffee?

Hello,
I currently take clonanzapame for my anxiety. Whenever I drink coffee-or if I am even the least bit stressed or have milk-my stomach blows up and i cant stop burping. I get real scared-and im not sur what to do as it affect my breathing too, Any suggestions, please? Im a single mom with no $!

Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having burping esp after taking dairy products like milk or coffee

Hence here two possibility can be there...
_lactose intolerance
_acid reflux (coffee can relax lower esophageal sphincter)

For that you can try avoidance of dairy products for few days

If no improvement and acid reflux associated then pantoprazole can be prescribed for that

Avoid stress and smoking..

Eat slowly when you eat...

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals and avoid drinking much soft drinks

Include more fiber food and green leafy vegetables in diet

Take care

Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind
