What Causes Stomach Cramping And Nausea After Food?

when I eat food within half an hour i get stomach cramping and nausea. I have to have all my utensils sterilized and cant eat food from day before even if it has been in the fridge. The cramps start from my lower tummy and then I feel it up and around the abdomen What do you think it is? I have had blood tests and colonoscopys and they have come up normal
