Hi,

Cramping pain with blood and mucus may be due to bacillary dysentery or amoebic dysentery or inflammatory bowel disease or colitis due to clostridium, etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Get stool examination done and consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
