Hello,

Stomach pain and cramps may be due to premenstrual syndrome or infection or Irritable bowel syndrome et cetera.

Irregular periods may occur due to:
1. Hormonal imbalance
2. Hypo/Hyperthyroidism
3. Polycystic ovarian syndrome
4. Anemia
5. Hormonal pills
6. Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB)

Until complete examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Trapic MF twice a day for five days for painful periods. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he /she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
