What Causes Stomach Cramps And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Over the last 2 to 3 months I have had stomach cramps and burning stomach. I have gone from a size 5 to a 1 about a 20 pound weight loss. I am unable to hold down even a bit of food. I also have headaches and noise bleeds. What is wrong and is there any thing I can take over the counter

Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
this could be gastritis, peptic ulcer or stomach cancer hiatus hernia
if you can upload me a complete medical history I will be able to guide you better
nose bleeding is a matter of concern
you should consult your GP for recording of blood pressure and base line investigations

meanwhile you can take omeprazole group of drugs with antacids
avoid smoking and alcohol
have plenty of fluids, fresh fruits milk and juices
avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Hope this helps you
best wishes
