What Causes Stomach Cramps And Fluffy Stool With Blood Mixed In It?

I have had severe stomach cramping today like I have to have a bowel movement. When I go the stool is fluffy, slimy and had blood mixed in with it and some of it settled at bottom of toilet some of it didn't. Still did not feel totally emptied. Is this something to worry about?
