Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
If there is
stomach cramps with frequent bowel movements which could be related to
dyspepsia or
acute gastritis or
irritable bowel syndrome but it needs further evaluation by clinical examination and various tests to have confirmed diagnosis.
Egg white colored stool is not the indicative of any diseases but should be ruled out by stool examination for ova and cyst.
If your symptoms are not so troublesome then I can suggest you some medications with dietary precautions to get relieved from stomach cramps.
Take
proton pump inhibitors (
pantoprazole 40 or
rabeprazole 20) twice daily or take H2 blockers like Rantac 150 mg twice daily.
Take syrup digene 2 TSF three times a day if there is acidity.
All above drugs are available as OTC drugs.
Avoid hot, oily and spicy foods rather take bland diet for initial 2 to 3 days.
Avoid eating full stomach one at a time rather take small and frequent meals.
Take salads (cucumber, cabbage, carrot, beat) in the meal, more take vegetables
I expect you will start improving within 3 to 5 days but if your problem persists for a longer time ,then i will advise you to see physician or gastro physician who can order various tests and can come to a particular diagnosis and start the treatment.
Hope this will help you to get better and if any query then you can ask me.
Regards,
