What Causes Stomach Cramps And Lower Abdomen Pain After Taking Gestogit 300mg?

hi. im 5 weeks pregnant and doc gave me gestogit 300mg sr tablets for 3 weeks once a day.I face little cramps in stomach and that is why doc prescribed it. today im facing lot of pain in legs n lower abdomen even after I took the tablet. is it normal to have cramps?

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of pain is matter of concern and in pregnancy most of the time it is nonspecific may not need any treatment and it is better to avoid taking any medicine in first trimester, abdomen pain may be due colic, it may be due to dyspepsia better know with the word dyspepsia, if the pain long last then you can just try Tab Dicyclomine (sos) persistence pain demands medical attention hope this information helps.
