What Causes Stomach Cramps, Cold Sweats At Night, Goose Bumps During Day?

I have been having cold sweats at night and goosebumps during the day even though I'm warm. I'm tired, I have stomach cramps. I am hungry although no food is appetizing so I haven't been eating normal. I feel like my body temp is constantly fluctuating.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Stomach cramps along with night sweats and goosebumps in the day along with attendant problems that you mentioned can be due to the intestinal infection of long-standing due to toxemia.

I would advise you the following:
• Get the stool and blood tests done.
• Consult your doctor for appropriate antibiotic and metronidazole cover with probiotics.
• Take vitamin D and A in therapeutic dosages and also multivitamins.

This should solve your problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
