What Causes Stomach Cramps With Foul Smelling Stool?

For the last two weeks I have had bad cramping/stomach aches. Urgency to need to go to the bathroom. when I go it has no consistantsy and is very slimy and smells very bad. Always worse when I eat or drink even water! I have gone to the doctor and had blood work and stool sample and all the tests came back negative. Although I do not know what he was testing for. Needless to say I still have symptoms. Should I go to a specialist? I do have IBS and have just been chalking in up to that.

With only two weeks we can't say it's IBS but you can try first to make a relation (if it exists) between food(kind of food) and symptoms and if there were any medicines(antibiotics i.e) to cause your symptoms. Meanwhile you can try on with some antispastics and probiotics and in case it continues going like this you should consult a gastroenterologist.
