Hi.

If I were your family doctor, I would recommend that she continues with breast milk for some more time. If there's any deficiency in qty of breast milk, mother may eat/ gulp with water, 1/2 to 1 tsp of Cumin seeds daily once or twice. It's natural and harmless. If not interested in breast feeding, pl change formula.

For child chebulic myrobalan paste by grinding it on hard surface with drops of water may be given. It's infant friendly, classic Ayurveda wisdom. May give twice. It will set Digestion right, detoxify intestines, control lose motions and also remove constipation, stomachache, gas etc. It's said to be more friendly with infants and children than mother even. No side effects, totally harmless.

Hope it helps.
